Delft, with its gabled red-roofed houses and canals, is a picturesque city with considerable charm. It is home to 95,000 people, 21,000 of which study and work at Delft University of Technology, the largest, and most comprehensive university of technology in the Netherlands.

You can see many interesting things in Delft. Modern architecture like the building of the TU Delft Library, historical buildings like the old City House and the two famous old churches (where amongst others the Dutch Royal Family is buried).
