Cancellation policy IASDR2011

Registered participants may cancel their registration until September 30, 2011. There is a cancellation fee of € 100,-. The rest of the registration fee as well as the hotel deposit will be refunded after the conference. There is no refund of registration fee, workshops and social events for cancellations received after September 30, 2011. Refund of a hotel deposit is possible until two (2) weeks before arrival. If you need to cancel or change your hotel reservation, please inform the IASDR2011 Congress Office immediately, as participants will be invoiced for non-occupancy of reserved rooms. Liability

The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out insurance, as they consider necessary. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the hosting of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. By his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
