Full-conference fee

The full-conference fee will be as follows, depending on the time of registration:

The fee includes access to all conference sessions, drinks during breaks, lunches, programme booklet, proceedings on CD or USB, Ice breaking party on Monday 31 October and Conference dinner on Wednesday 2 November.

Student fees

A student is defined as a BSc, MSc, MA, ME or PhD student. To register as a student, a copy of your student identification card (which is valid at the time of registration) or an official letter of your University, stating that you are a student, is required.
The copy or the letter (readable and in English) should be faxed (+31(0)15 2786755) or . Without this proof, the full registration fee will be charged.
